Our FREE workshops provide friendship, relaxation and an escape from all the medial appointments, worries and fears.  All the materials needed for the workshop will always be supplied by us.    

We know it can feel a little daunting to attend somewhere new for the first time, so your family members, friends or carers are also welcome to attend and participate with you, if you are attending a special event, please do book them a seat to avoid over-crowding. 

When you are going through treatment or you are in recovery, you may not be feeling very creative and that's ok.  On days when energy levels might be low - pop in and have a cup of tea with us anyway when we have workshop sessions.
